1. 3-Week Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a “Noticeable Difference After 3 Weeks or Your Money Back” satisfaction guarantee, subject to the conditions below.
How the guarantee works:

If, after 21 days of correct use, you are not satisfied with your experience, you may request a refund under this guarantee.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a refund under the 3-week guarantee, you must:

We reserve the right to refuse refunds where misuse, inconsistent use, or incorrect usage is evident.
3. Returns & Hygiene Policy
Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products:

Used devices do not need to be returned unless specifically requested

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis

We may refuse refunds for products showing signs of misuse or damage

4. Non-Refundable Situations
